What is BANC Fitness?


BANC Fitness is a fitness community that prioritizes strength and longevity not just for the aesthetic benefits but as part of a whole and healthy lifestyle.   A healthy body is like money in the BANC, it pays out in every other aspect of your life whether it be personal, career or family. It is ready at all times to go to work for you.


Don’t get me wrong. Aesthetic goals are always worthwhile but will greatly be enhanced when the internal benefits of creating a wellness journey are realized and become a natural part of daily life.

 

The right health & fitness plan can give you more energy and confidence and create habits that turn into rituals that no longer rely on self motivation but are normal activity in daily lives.  When structured well, it integrates into your life and becomes an asset in creating longevity as well as enhancing the look and function of your unique body. 

 

I am creating a community utilizing fitness and health centered actions to not only work towards esthetic goals but to reinforce worth, knowledge and joy in the journey.  I want BANC Fitness to be a place of encouragement to learn to integrate and enjoy fitness as the ultimate in true self-care. 

 

This community is not about how you look, but how you feel.  Life is never easy!  It's not going to be.  I understand the pressures of family, career and living.  Schedules are always full and time is your most precious commodity.  I know judgment and criticism is everywhere.  But I also know that fitness with the right motivation and goals gives you the tools to build resilience.  Making it a priority with the intention to improve your life and crushing worthy goals is golden.  Knowing that you are capable of caring for yourself in this way is empowering to say the least. 

 

The reward is not only that juicy physique you've always wanted. It is the knowledge that your whole life can be supported by caring for your body with a healthy lifestyle that doesn’t include fad diets, starvation, exhaustion and self loathing.


 I challenge you to enjoy the journey and see the benefits of the work you will do through resistance training and healthy habits because you are willing to look beyond the surface of seeking validation through societal beauty standards to seeking the way you’ve always wanted to FEEL.  You can have both a healthy body and mind! Health and fitness integration can be a great tool to do just that!
